Two years ago, we began teaching short, powerful weekly meditation classes to a small group of people. Our goal was to offer easy, lifestyle friendly techniques that were simple, and supported by the ever increasing mountain of scientific research showing just how wonderfully effective short meditations can be.

People seemed to like this approach, and our weekly class has grown from 25 to 150+ meditators.

Each week, participants asked if they could get recordings of our meditations. Sadly, we didn't have them recorded. However, in response to these requests, we have recorded seven of our most popular meditations - all ranging between 10 - 12 minutes long.

These include:

And by the way - you DO NOT, NOT, NOT have to "empty your mind" to meditate effectively. Bad idea. Most of the research says nothing about emptying the mind. It is far more effective to simply observe your thoughts.
